Our journey began in 2019 within Microsoft Leap, where we worked together for four years, consistently achieving our objectives and delivering high-value solutions in skilling. During that time, we built a reputation for innovation, reliability, and results.
In 2025, a company-wide restructuring prompted a pivotal shift for our team. Instead of going separate ways, we embraced the moment as an opportunity — founding Opti Skills Africa to carry forward the work we love, driven by the same passion and purpose.
